bantul fun run 2025✨️

To day i will show you for my event in this morning. i wake up at 4.30 am and i go to bath room for shower, after that i eating with one dates and chocolate. And i leave with my mom to lapangan paseban at 5.15 am,
after I got there I will stretch a bit, after that i go to start line for runing. Before runing, we play the song indonesia raya. And the event begins, im very happy because i have new frend in this event. I  reached the finish line with a time of 31 minutes, after that i got medal water and banana. After that I will take a photo and back to home with my mom.

Hi guys, today i will show you for my experience in jakarta. I went to Jakarta on September 28th to October 5th, So guys, I was there for 4 days of training in team jaq, and 2 days of competition.  Day 1 I went with my mother, we took the train to Jakarta. We arrived in Jakarta at around 6 pm,  After that we immediately went to our friend's house to stay there for a week. Day 2 I woke up at 4:30 am after that i go to the bathroom, and i'll to the mosque for morning prayers, and then i go to the home. I ate at 9:00 am, after that i take a nap. I woke up at 2:30 pm and i prepare my bag and swimming trunks, after that my mother and i went to GBK Aquatic Stadium. I saw GBK stadium for the firs time, it was very instersting and speachless. I was very happy there, because i saw GBK stadium from my phone and now i am there. Day 3 I woke up at 3:15 am, after that i prepare my bag and going to gbk, i arrived at 4:23 am, and then i went to the prayer room. After prayer i wen...

Samapta championship Magelang

Hai guys my name is bhisma.  This is my first time journal in inglish. And this is my first time championship out of outside the city.  Samapta championship 8 desember sunday 2024. Day 1 I go to hotel on saturday, about 1 hour  driving I arrived at the location at 6 pm, and i do sholat magrib and isya in hotel. After that i have diner in hotel and take a sleep. Morning at 6 am and i go to bathroom. After that i do sholat. I go to the swiming pool location at 6.30 am, And i go the swiming pool to warm up. After that i ran the race. I follow 6 numbers race allhamdullilah the race when smoothly, from morning to night. I got 2 medals 🥉and🥈,but i had an accident When cooling,my legs exposed to ceramic And my legs was injured.i was treated immediately  after that i go to bathroom to change clothes, And i take a picture to remember memories. After that i go to home in jogjakarta....
